We’ve heard of enjoying your job, but this is just disgusting!

On Sunday, a security guard at the San Diego Chargers NFL game was caught fondling himself next to the cheerleaders — and someone got video proof!

A woman, who wishes to remain anonymous, took the video of the Elite Security employee and posted it online to Twitter and Instagram to help raise awareness about this repugnant act! She shared the NSFW video (below), saying:

YUCK!

Thankfully, the unidentified guard was fired by the company after the video went viral as the company released a statement to the New York Post stating:

"Elite would like to apologize to anyone who was offended by this isolated incident. Additionally, Elite has opened a formal investigation into the matter and has acted swiftly in terminating the employee involved."

Interestingly enough, Elite went on to say that the man passed all the background checks he needed to and there was nothing fishy:

"There was nothing in the screening process that would indicate that this type of conduct was foreseeable. Elite has been providing staffing at Qualcomm Stadium for over 20 years and has never experienced this type of incident involving any of its employees. Elite has many loyal hard working employees and they should not be judged by the actions of this one regretful isolated incident."

The security company would not identify the worker — probably a good thing for his safety — but did say they’re working with authorities to investigate the issue.

The Chargers also addressed the awful act by saying:

"The Chargers, Elite Security as well as the San Diego Police Department are aware of the disturbing actions of an Elite Security staff member at Sunday’s game. We apologize to any fans who may have witnessed the incident. Elite Security is currently investigating the incident and has vowed to take immediate and appropriate action."

What’s really awful is the woman who took the footage claimed she called the security company FOUR TIMES the following day and didn’t receive a call back until AFTER she posted the video online! The shocked woman even told ABC 10 News:

"I said, ‘This is about the (Charger) girls. This is about what they’re doing,’ and [Elite] didn’t care."

The woman went on to say that she never wanted to embarrass the guard as she was concerned about the Charger girls and their safety.

The police haven’t released a lot of details regarding the investigation, but did say the security guard could be charged with lewd acts in public! GOOD!

We honestly can’t believe that someone would do something so disgusting and we just hope justice is served for such COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE behavior!

What are your thoughts on the Elite guard getting his jollies off at the game?
